Dear Parent or Caregiver,

We are seeking your permission to allow St George City International Football Academy to publish and/or disclose information about your child for the purposes of sharing his or her experiences with other players, informing the Academy and broader community about club and player activities and recording player participation in noteworthy projects or community service.

This information may include your child’s first initial and last name or first name only, age and information collected at club such as photographs, sound and visual recordings of your child, your child’s play and expressions of opinion such as in interactive media.

The communication in which your child’s information may be published or disclosed include but are not limited to:

- Public websites of St George City International Football Academy & St George City Football Association including

- St George City International Football Academy and St George City Football Association promotional material published in print and electronically including on other parties’ websites.

- Official St George City International Football Academy social media accounts on networks such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

- Local and Metropolitan newspapers and magazines and other football-related media outlets.

Parents should be aware that when information is published on public websites and social media channels, it can be discoverable online for a number of years, if not permanently. Search engines may also cache or retain copies of public information. Published information can also be linked to by third parties.
